My friend and I did the Everest Base camp trek with Adventure Club Trek in November 2013. It was one of my dreams that came true last year. Adventure Club was recommended to me by a few of my friends who had gone to EBC many times with Adventure Club. I found Birendra and his team very professional, friendly, and very well organized. My guide. Pemba and the porter were very friendly and professional. I have many friends who have had trips to Nepal with different companies. Based on what I heard from them, Birendra organized the tour at a price less than other companies with the same level of services. During my trek, Birendra was always accessible by phone at any time during the trek (day and night time) and managed any changes to the trek plane based on my request or other reason. Unfortunately, I got mountain sickness before getting to Base Camp and I had to go back to Kathmandu. Birendra rearranged everything (new porter, rescheduling flight ticket, and…) immediately. When I went back to Kathmandu I had extra time waiting for my friend to come back from EBC, so I asked him to arrange a trip to Chitwan Jungle National Park and the beautiful city of Pokhara. I spent a few unforgettable days resting and sightseeing in beautiful hotels in Chitwan and Pokhara. Next year I will go again to Nepal for another trek and also visit Tibet, and I definitely will do my trip with Birendra who is not only a company owner for me anymore but also a good trusted, and reliable friend. I recommend Nepal travelers to try their trip with Adventure Club Trek.

This tour has been truly amazing and even though it was tough on some bits I enjoyed every minute of it.

We did the Annapurna trek with Adventure Club Treks and Expedition Mountain Flight up to ABC in October-November 2013. Biren’s company was hired by a foreign travel agency and he organized the whole trip for us in Nepal including the accommodation in Kathmandu and the mountain area, transportation, the wonderful porters, sightseeing, rafting, and a tour of Chitwan National Park, and all last minute ideas we had. Despite the fact that the trip wasn’t very difficult for experienced trekkers a member of the group had a little health issue. Biren immediately took action and organized extra porters and a helicopter to solve the problem within hours up on the mountain. He is very cautious, efficient and an amazing person. I’m happy we met him and he made our trip unforgettable. It was a dream come true for me to go to Nepal and it wouldn’t have been the same without Biren. We always felt safe, even if I got really tired he would stay with me behind the group and wait until I regained my strength. I absolutely recommend Adventure Club Treks and Expedition Mountain Flight to everyone who plans to visit Nepal. For this trip, you only need a good pair of shoes, a camera and some clothes and of course stamina and high spirits. Most of your things are carried by the porters and you can buy food and drinks on the way to the lovely tea houses. The weather is amazing at this time of the year, you only need warmer clothes above 3700 meters. It’s not only worth visiting this wonderful country with its indescribable landscapes but to meeting such amazing people like Biren. Thank you very much Biren and see you in 2015!

Adventure club organized a fantastic trip for me to the Mustang area between Annapurna and Tibet. The whole trip was flawless for such a complicated place to visit. They organized permits, guides, equipment, and transport and ensured the three of us were looked after at all times. It's a pretty challenging hike... 11 days of up and down but incredibly fulfilling and no danger of altitude sickness as we never went higher than 4000 meters. The trip was truly amazing and I know that I'll be using Adventure club for my next visit to trek Nepal.

I traveled by myself to Nepal and I was lucky to find this company. They are totally reliable. The most important when you travel is to find people that work in tourism and you can fully trust them. This is possible with this team.
It is not necessary to say that I didn't have any problem, I went to the Annapurna region for 8 days, and then to the Everest Base Camp. Everything was perfect.
And its owner is a special person. Take the time to sit and chat with him, he will, for sure, find the perfect tour and option for you.

We used Adventure Club Treks for our trip to Everest Base Camp last year and I was really impressed with the service. From all the pre-trip organizing and advice, with a complete itinerary up front and meeting us at Kathmandu airport, to organizing trips around the city, to our exciting flight into Lukla and the 12-day trek to Everest Base Camp – everything was great, Birendra even helped us source the additional equipment like sleeping bags and walking poles for those in the group that didn’t have their own. They really looked after us and worked tirelessly to get us all to Base Camp, there were a few that suffered from altitude sickness and they quickly stepped in to organize the rescues without being over-cautious.

Birendra and his team of guides and porters were professional, but fun (we had a brilliant spontaneous snow-ball fight at about 5000m, plus lots of banter throughout the trip), accommodating, and most of all patient! The tea houses we used are very basic, but that’s part of the amazing adventure that is EBC! If you want all the comforts of your western home, then you’re better off staying there. Most importantly the guides and porters are appropriately clothed and looked after too, this can’t be said of all companies operating in the region and it really is our responsibility to use reputable ones that look after their amazing people, there are too many deaths of Sherpas on that mountain for the sake of Western travel! Be responsible, not cheap!

I’d highly recommend Adventure Club Treks and hope to do another trip with them very soon – next time - the jungle and rafting, they’re definitely my go-to company in Nepal!

I did Gokyo Ri - Kala Patthat - Everest Base Camp - Island Peak trek with Adventure Club Trek in March 2014. It was very good, definitely one of my best trips. Our guide, assistance guide, and porters were very professional, friendly, and helpful with an intensive knowledge of local life, mountains, nature, and Khumbu village.
I traveled with a group of 18 and it was not an easy job to manage necessary needs for us in such a remote area but our guide managed it efficiently that makes me feel like we were still in the homeland.
I would like to thank to Adventure Club and especially Birendra for their kindness during the trip, they proved professionalism on the trek and provided good information and assistance.I would definitely recommend using Adventure Club Trek for any adventure trips in Nepal.

It was my first time trekking to Everest base camp through the most amazing Gokyo Lake with Adventure Club trek and its team. I found them very professional and friendly with lots of knowledge about local life, villages, culture, and mountains.
Our guide Birendra ( also the owner of the company) and his team took care of us as family members and did not let us feel away from home, we always have had services on time.
It was a very hard trip for me because I had got diarrhea on the first date because I ate everything together :) I could manage it and made my trip successful, we also climbed Island Peak and it was a great experience.
As I have had an incredible time with the team of Adventure club trek and I enjoyed every moment of the trek, I would like to highly recommend them.
