Annapurna Base Camp by Helicopter- At the Best Price For 2025

The Annapurna Base Camp Helicopter Tour offers a scenic and convenient way to experience the majestic Himalayas. This one-day Annapurna helicopter flight includes a one-hour journey from Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp, and takes about three hours in total if starting from Kathmandu.

As the second most popular helicopter tour in Nepal, the Annapurna Base Camp Helicopter landing tour from Pokhara provides an unparalleled opportunity to explore the Annapurna mountain region, home to Mount Annapurna (8,091m), the 10th highest mountain on Earth. You'll witness stunning views of Mount Dhaulagiri during the aerial adventure. This scenic ride showcases breathtaking terrain—hills, villages, jungles, rivers—before landing at the iconic base camp nestled in the Annapurna Sanctuary.

For those dreaming of a Nepal helicopter tour but worried about the demands of trekking, this short yet spectacular Annapurna Helicopter Tour is a perfect alternative. It brings the Himalayas within reach, minus the physical challenge of high-altitude trekking.

The ABC Helicopter Tour is one of the best ways to explore the Annapurna Himalayas and immerse oneself in the beauty of the Annapurna Region. Located in the sanctuary, Annapurna Base Camp offers panoramic sights of snowy peaks, local settlements, forests, and rivers. Private helicopters fly above these dramatic landscapes, providing magnificent views of Annapurna, Machapuchre, and Dhaulagiri mountains before landing for a brief stop.

Helicopter tours to ABC depart from both Kathmandu and Pokhara, though the Pokhara departure is more budget-friendly. Kathmandu departures, while costlier, offer extended scenic views of Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and the Langtang range. Your adventure begins in Pokhara, a tranquil city with lakes, hills, and Himalayan backdrops. As the helicopter soars, the scenery gradually shifts from cityscape to alpine wonderland, making this one of the most spectacular helicopter flights in Nepal.

Safe and efficient, the Annapurna helicopter ride avoids altitude sickness risk and allows you to witness the beauty of the Himalayas with minimal exertion. Perfect for families, this flight is led by experienced pilots and local guides focused on comfort and safety. Along the way, aerial views of Fewa Lake, Begnas Lake, and Rupa Lake, along with the Seti River, prayer flags, and suspension bridges, elevate the visual appeal. Whether for celebration or luxury sightseeing, this tour is a memorable way to see Nepal from the skies.

Our flights accommodate 2–5 passengers, each with a panoramic window view. The timing, route, and landing duration are carefully planned to let you savor the journey. While the Annapurna Base Camp Helicopter Tour cost may be higher than a trek, the experience delivers unmatched value in a short time.

Ideal for those who want to avoid trekking but still see the high peaks up close, this 1-day ABC Helicopter Tour is a top pick. If you're considering similar experiences like the Everest Base Camp Helicopter Tour or combining trekking with a helicopter return from EBC, options like the 12-day EBC Trek with Helicopter Return or the 11-day trek with heli return provide the best of both worlds.
