The best of Nepal - amazing and overwhelming

Thanks to their support and guidance we experienced the best of Nepal, their culture, landscapes, and generous and friendly people that exceeded all our expectations. The itinerary covered 4 days in the amazing cultural Kathmandu Valley, and 7 days in the outstanding Annapurna trekking followed by Lumbini and Chitwan Park. Along our journey, we had all the support and attention needed. Thank you so much Birendra and team for this unforgettable experience that we'll most certainly return and dearest keep in our heart. Best wishes ...

    wonderful experience in Chitwan NP

Birendra booked for me a 3 days/ 2 nights combo in Chitwan National Park, with all-inclusive in the hostel + the return bus to Kathmandu. He is very friendly and gave me lots of advice on what to do once in the park, e.g safari walk, elephant ride... The choice of accommodation and the activities were very pertinent and adapted to my needs, I truly had a good view of the national park.
I couldn't do more than recommend to my friends this trustworthy company.

    Trekking to Everest Base Camp

In March 2014, I have trekked from Lukla to Everest Base Camp. The trek was organized by Adventure Club Treks and the Hungarian travel agency Eupolisz. We trekked in a large group consisting of 20 trekkers and 12 porters; our chief guide was Birendra Chudal. We have been in the mountains for 13 days. The tour also included a side trip to Gokyo Valley, where we successfully scaled the Gokyo Ri peak (5360 m). After reaching Everest Base Camp, we also bagged Kala Pattar peak (5545 m). Climbing these peaks does not require any special skills or technical gear, but it is very strenuous due to sparse air. From both peaks, we could see Mount Everest and several other peaks exceeding 8000 m in height. I have never been on such a high mountain before (my highest mountain so far was 4165 m Jebel Toubkal in Morocco). A part of the group, led by Chetan Sherpa, also climbed the 6000-odd Imja Tse peak, using crampons, piolets, and ropes, but I did not take part in this part of the tour. Asides mountains, we also visited the lively Sherpa town Namche Bazaar and the stunning Lama monastery of Tengboche. During the trip, we spent the nights in lodges that provided good food and warm rooms, and sometimes even warm showers. Our guides Birendra and Szilveszter were very helpful and educative. Porters have done their exhaustive work excellently. We had luck with the weather, as most of the time it was sunny, we had some snow in Gokyo Valley that made the mountains look beautiful, but did not hinder us in walking. After trekking, we also visited the stunning monuments of Kathmandu and nearby towns Patan and Bhaktapur. I hope that I will return one day to this beautiful country.

    Trekking in the Langtang region

In October 2014 I trekked in the Langtang region with Adventure Club Treks. I stayed with Birendra and his family which was great and he also arranged the trek for me. I was well looked after from being met at the airport to having my trip arranged and then safely returned to the airport for my journey home. It was my first visit to Nepal to go trekking and being in safe, trustworthy hands really helped me enjoy the experience. Thank you!

    Best of Nepal

My friend and I had a wonderful trek to Poon Hill. Birendra made the entire booking and planning process carefree from start to end. He is passionate about trekking and has a caring heart. Our guide and porter were knowledgeable and friendly. I have recommended this company to friends already and will no doubt contact them when I plan to visit again.

Birendra is worth trusting with your holiday!

Birendra is the adventure guide, and his service there was absolutely outstanding! He organized everything for me and did not complain as I changed my mind daily as to what I felt like doing. Once I had left Kathmandu, he even occasionally, briefly checked in that things were going as I'd hoped.

He helped me completely organize my trip to Tibet including visas etc before I had even arrived in Nepal. He also sorted out my dramas with the Chinese embassy for me when I was unable to be contacted in Nepal. I would have been totally screwed and lost out £1000 if it wasn't for him!

He also helped me arrange what I had not already organized in Nepal, like my bus and internal flight tickets, rafting, paragliding in Pokhara, and the safari in Chitwan. Whilst comparing photos and stories with other travelers, confirmed what I already thought, in that, I had the best time humanly possible.

I think this is because of how perfectly he tailored my trip for me - especially after getting to know me a bit during my stay. And the best thing was, that he always just told me how to have the most enjoyable experience- he never pushed or tried to sell me anything. I chose to go with him because he seemed trustworthy- which he definitely proved that he is.

Birendra himself is very humble, but really such a warm, honest, kind-hearted guy. He really looks after you like you are part of his family. This kindness I also saw extended to the 60 children in the orphanage he helps out-you can see it is close to his heart. The orphanage trip was the most memorable part of Nepal, in the end.

    Couldn't recommend him enough!

    Tsum Valley & Manaslu trek

We organized the trek of 20 days with Birendra before we left Australia. The planning with Birendra was faultless and he met us at the airport. The guides and porters were reliable, honest, and very helpful. The trek was suburb - we had trekked a year earlier to EBC / Three passes also organized with Birendra, and the fact that we used him again is probably the best indication of how we trusted the company. The trek started on 1 December, which is the start of winter. We did have a heavy fall of snow (60-90cm in a day) which prevented us from going over the pass and we needed to trek back the way we came - whilst a little disappointing, the trek was far prettier and more interesting than EBC. The trek is predominantly in areas with farming villages and is not as "touristy" as the Everest valley. There is also a better mix of forest, waterfalls, mountains, wildlife, and local culture as it has a bigger range of altitude.
Surprisingly, the accommodation/teahouses was superior to the Everest valley as well, and the day-to-day snacks and drinks were better priced as well. We had a case of altitude sickness, and the support provided by Birendra, and his guides in managing the issue, getting them to lower ground, and shuffling the itinerary was without any trouble and what could have been a major problem was just a part of the adventure. The weather temperatures were much more comfortable than we expected given the time of year - other than for the two snowing days, the daytime temperatures were comfortable in T-Shirt. At night it would not have been colder than -10C.
Eight of us traveled, ranging in age from 14 to 50. The trek was very doable for all.
