7 AM: Hotel Transfer to Tribhuwan International Airport

Our driver will get you in the morning and take you to the Domestic airport. At the airport, you'll fly on a helicopter that goes to Langtang Valley. It's a quick ten-minute walk from the Domestic airport to the international one.

7:30 AM: Take-off preparations and flight briefing

When you get to the gate to leave, make sure your passport and ticket are ready. Our team will help you with your bags and checking in. After you pass through security, you'll need to wait in line to get your boarding pass. We'll tell you the exact time your journey will start before you reach the helipad. Before the helicopter takes off, the captain will talk to you about safety. The crew has to wait for approval from the control tower before moving. We'll show you how to use the helicopter door so you can get on and off safely.

8 AM: Departure from the Airport for Flight to Langtang.

Your Langtang Helicopter Tour starts once you board the helicopter. Take in the stunning sight of Kathmandu from the sky as you ascend above the valley. From up high, Kathmandu seems nestled amidst green hills. As the helicopter nears Langtang Valley, catch a glimpse of Tibet's peaks. Marvel at various Himalayan peaks like Jugal Himal, Singri Himal, and even spot Paldor Peak. Ganesh Himal, Shisapangma, and Langtang Lirung are all within sight, too. Enjoy the scenic beauty all around!

9:00 AM: Arrival at Kyanjing Gompa and then Tour Around Langtang Valley

You'll reach Kyanjing Gompa, a historic Tamang village named after its Buddhist monastery. It's in Langtang National Park, which has diverse landscapes. Snowy Himalayan peaks and glaciers surround the town. Over 70 years ago, a Swiss geologist named Toni Hagen started the first yak cheese factory in Nepal. It's the oldest and original one. Enjoy exploring and taking photos. The helicopter will only stay on the ground for 20-30 minutes because it's risky to be at a high altitude for too long.

9 AM: Flight back to Kathmandu

After staying at Kyanjing Gompa for a while, you'll come back to Kathmandu. On your way back, enjoy the amazing sights of Langtang Valley and Gosaikunda Lake. You can also explore villages like the Tamang Heritage Trail. When you reach Kathmandu Airport, you'll be driven to the hotel you've picked.

Kindly submit the inquiry before booking, as helicopter availability can be affected by weather conditions or limited supply during peak tourist season. This is primarily due to most helicopters being engaged in high-mountain rescue operations for individuals needing medical assistance.
